    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

For the Sandwich:

    • 4 slices of bread (your choice, but something sturdy like sourdough or ciabatta works well)
    • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (store-bought)
